What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient energy healing system. It can promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It is both revitalising and deeply relaxing.
Reiki helps to create equilibrium of energy which in turn creates a harmonious environment within the human body so that true healing can take place.
The fundamental principle of how Reiki works is that it dissolves the toxic energy from your aura or life force.
In pastimes we were much more in tune with this energy but our perceptions have dulled and now we can find it difficult even to acknowledge its presence. This begins to change once you have felt it and seen its effect on yourself and others.
